We fed this back to the relevant team. They have confirmed that the full pricing information was shown in the basket and upon checkout, when ordering online.
They've also cleared up the online store pages to show a bit more information for similar current and future offers.
@HTFV - I understand that you spoke to someone over the phone to place the order. Have you managed to get this sorted out through the Customer Support team?

Hi I have been advised to make a full complaint once fitted and within my cooling of period. This was a massive mistake for BT to make and the only reason I changed was due to the price for the first year. When this advert was being run there were other packages on the same page which showed the price increases for those packages after 3 months which I would have expected that advert to show but it couldn't have been clearer 62.99 for first year and 122.99 from next March. If the advert showed that price from June 2025 I would have no complaints but it does not. The money off at the top doesn't mean anything to me as I have never had a BT package before and wouldn't know the prices.
