How can i learn why the order was cancelled? BT doesn’t enquire why it was cancelled. I wasn’t even notified it was cancelled until I called the customer service. Then they told me to get in touch with openreach myself as I mentioned.
I spoke with several reps so far, they seem to have no idea and just tell me to place a new order.
