BT Customert Service would be a joke but they try to steal money from you
BT have added 17.95 to my bill for suppllying a Home Hub 3 that I did not request but one of their CSOs requested on my behalf to attempt to fix a broadband fault. The operator said it would be a free replacement. Fault took three weeks to fix and BT have not even refunded my broadband rental for this period.
Yet they have just announced disgustingly high profits and promised the government they will do more for customers - joke!
Reckon it will be worth taking them to County Court and forcing them through an expensive legal process which will be very cheap for me.
If everyone who is not content with their service took them to court they would have to mend their ways.
