@PaddyB if you're not in today, I'd like one of your colleagues to pick up immediately please.
Please take this as formal notification to cancel all services provided by BT with immediate effect. This is to include, line rental, landline services, mobile, BT sport and the elusive fibre broadband.
Needless to say, I will not accept any early termination fees in light of BTs failure to meet their contractual obligations on this order.
Please do call me for clarification if needed, but enough is enough. I believe I've managed to isolate the issue in an hour this morning, something an entire team of BT staff have been unable to do in over 2 months.
I would request that you expedite/escalate this cancellation (do it today please) so that I can get services back up and running with an alternative supplier.
Could Patrick or one of the team please give me a call (on my mobile), all BT services have been closed succesfully apart from broadband - which is still active and preventing the new supplier from taking over.
