We keep receiving emails to return an extra set of hybrid Connect and Disc sent to us in error by BT in the prepaid white returns bags.
We posted these along with the old kit on 10 July 2021 and have the two certificates of posting. Yet, we have received another email from BT on 5 August stating we will be charged £93 in total if we do send these back.
Can someone from BT please confirm that these have been received.
If you ring BT on 150 from a BT line or 0800 800 150 from any other network, speak with the 'Connections' team and supply the tracking reference, once verified the equipment is returned they can update the system to stop the emails and future charges if ignored.
