Hi @Tklee1888 The Promotions team have got back to me and apologised for the delay in the delivery of your cashback cheque.
They have confirmed that the cheque request has been processed already and the cheque will be with you within the next 14 days. If the cheque does not arrive within the next 14 days please post back and let me know and I'll be happy to check on it again for you.
