Hello. I have recently upgraded to Fibre Plus with two mobile SIMs. Both have been activated, but the double data for the mobiles has not been added. I have called the BT value team (I was forwarded to them via an online chat) and they said that they would sort the problem and that the extra data would appear ASAP. I notice on the forums that many other customers have experienced the same problem. Can anyone provide a solution please?

When you're checking what's in your plan in your MyBT it should look something like this (depending on your usage😞
What does your data state in that section? Also, what speeds does it show? It should state if you have Double Data in this section.
