BT Fitbit code

Hi has anyone actually received their email with a code to get fitbit? Feel like cancelling my whole service! You speak with them online and just keep getting told i cant help ill put you through to someone else, to be told the same thing!

Hi @Jverdin,

I'm sorry you haven't received your voucher for your FitBit as part of signing up to BT. When did you place your order and what service did you order at that time?

I placed my order 30/10 my services were activated on the 15/11. I was told it would take upto 14 days which i should have recieved it yesterday but havent.

Thanks for getting in touch. I called you today but missed you.
The order completed on the 15th so the voucher was due to be sent today. I am sorry that you were told it would be sent yesterday. I've checked and can see that we've since emailed you Smiley Happy
