BT Home Essentials - can I add broadband to the phone package

Hi - am I able to add broadband to my BT Basic/Home Essentials package? And if yes, how do i do it?

 

I’ve been passed around a few departments when I call and the virtual chat just says it is waiting to connect me to an agent.

Any help would be much appreciated.
