I currently live in a private flat with BT fibre broadband and TV.
I'm having to move for work into an NHS hospital site in a rural location, where I will not be able to move or change internet provider. I.E. I cannot take my current package with me.
What is likely to happen with my contract? Will I have to pay out the remaining months?
Why can`t you move your existing BT service, or at least the phone line and an ADSL broadband, to your new flat?
Unless there is a very good reason why BT cannot provide service in the new flat, then you would be expected to pay cancellation charges.
