I cancelled a house move on 19th September with more that a weeks notice. On 28th September BT moved my landline & broadband. When I contacted the move department on 28th I just got "sorry you can have them back in 2 weeks", without guaranteeing I would get my old phone number back. How is it acceptable for BT to ignore the cancellation of a house move with more that a weeks notice and leave me without broadband and land line 2 weeks. It is outrageous that this can not be fixed in a shorter time.
