I have recently ordered BT Infinity and a landline and it is now live and activated.
My BT ID says I have no active products and when I go to claim my Mastercard reward, it says no rewards available.
If it makes any difference, I used to be a BT Mobile customer with the same BT ID.

When you log in it may take you to your old BT Mobile account rather than your new account. On the top right of the page you should see an account number. You should be able to switch to your new account.
I have checked and I only have one BT account number available on my drop down box.
I have checked all the emails I recieved from BT when I placed my order and I cannot see an account number on any.
I have the order number but no account number!
