When ever I have an issue and want to log into the BT trouble shooter . It doesn't recognise my password. I then go through a lengthy process with online chat where they reset my BT ID password and my email password. I can briefly access BT ID and trouble shooter. But when I go back to the trouble shooter at a later date, I can not access it. I can still access email just not the double shooter. Can anyone help. Its an endless cycle of resetting passwords and it takes up so much of my time, explaining it to the online chat operator and then resetting everything and updating all my devices.
