I used to log in to the bt web site, go to my BT and view my bills... for months now... that has been denied to me... I do not have an opt out of BT ID and it will not let me bypass it or let me past step 2... I've changed passwords but it still will not let me view my bills... A very simple service made unnecessarily difficult... Why is it when something is simple and works perfectly, does someone think... "I'll change that"
Is it so much to ask to just be able to view my bills ?
