I'm hoping someone can help me with my BT ID.
I can view my account online, with GB number showing in the top right, but when I try to link this into the BT APP it won't let me link this ID.
Is there someone on here that can advise me, also my products are not showing on my products list on my account.

Hi @ZoeC23 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, it sounds like you may have an old account number associated to your BT ID if no products are showing. Have you recently came back to BT? If so you'll have a different account number than before.
I can confirm that I have recently comeback to BT, but have had no correspondence with my new ID number.

Claiming account holder status will let you use the app and any value added services, try this :
sorry for delayed response, I do not get an option as suggested, it says I am the account holder already

You might be able to find the account number on your bank statement if you pay by direct debit. The payment may show as BT PLC followed by the account number which would likely follow this format if it's a new account "GBXXXXXXXX".
If you can't find the account number this way you would need to call 0800 800 150 so that an account number reminder letter can be sent out.
