BT ID still linked to an old account

Hi there,

I recently returned to BT after moving to another provider and wish to set up parental controls. I have added my new account number to my existing BT ID, but my old account is still showing as the primary one.

I can see my new account details in billing, but when I select it in the drop-down menu and try to view My Products, it always reverts to the old account (now closed). 

Is there a way to remove my old account and make the new one the primary account?

Thank you for posting and welcome back to BT. I'm sorry you're having problems setting up the Parental Controls. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get that old account removed from your My BT.
