I'm trying to log in to my account to check my lastest bill but it won't accept my user id - it keeps asking me for a valid email address. This is the same user id I've been using for over 15 years without problem - the bill reminder email even kindly reminded me what it was - so I'm a little puzzled why it is no longer working.
(I did try typing in my email address - the same one I've been using for 15 years, and to which the bill was sent to!!!! - but this makes no difference).
Can anybody tell me how I can access my account now?
