FTTP has recently become available to us. When I enter our postcode and phone number, the checker says we can get 300MBPs with BT Infinity 4.
However, when I click add and continue on this package, skip selecting sports channels etc and then click on checkout....it says "Please wait while we check your details". I then get brought to a screen to select my package again l, except I can only select BT Infinity 2 this time.
Is it a case that 300MBPS isn't actually available in my area?
