Do you think the lack of loyalty that BT has to existing customers will cause a huge churn on accounts in coming years? As a loyal BT customer you pay 50% + more than a new account that may only stay for a short period so whilst BT are generating new accounts do you feel they are going to start loosing existing sustomers?
no as the other ISPs are similar concentrating mainly of new customers and hoping existing customers can't be bothered to move ISP

But when they are increasing bills by 40%+ dont they think it will create a big churn factor as people like myself that have taken the modest annual increas above other providers will start to question this when the difference is so high?
