BT Lost Revenue

I've been tempted to upgrade my TV package for the last few days but all attempts to do so have failed.

  • Try to find full details of the offer online - Not avaiable.
  • Try the chat service - No, you have to call.
  • Try to call on numerous occasions - No answer.
  • Try to uograde online - Offered a single choice of keeping the same package I'm already on.

Don't suppose for a minute that anyone from BT reads this or gives a damn if they do. But for the record, I've given up.
