I believe I'm entitled to double data on a BT mobile sim-only plan because I've got BT fibre broadband.
But when I enter the BT order online, it only shows the standard data allowance. I didn't want to proceed in case this was correct and I didn't get double data (which makes the order worthwhile). Will double-data be added after the order is placed despite the order text?
Your double data allowance for mobile comes when you sign up to BT Halo. (You don't need Halo 3+, just Halo).
You can check by calling 0800 800 150, but lines tend to be very busy at the moment.
