I have not received my £30 Amazon voucher after waiting almost 90 days.
After 45 days, I used the chase my voucher link provided in the sticky at the top of this board.
On the 12th May I got the following email response:
"Sorry you’ve not received your amazon voucher, you should have received this by now.
I have manually raised your claim to dispatch to avoid further delay.
This will be processed, sent for delivery and should arrive with you within the next 30-45 days minus any unforeseen issues.
Thank You for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
BT.com Vouchers Team"
If a mod could look into this please, it's may be logged under "Your BT Reward [Incident: *****-*****]."

I hope the executive escalation gets a result. The offer of the £30 reward was the inducement that made switching to BT Mobile cheaper than my previous provider.

The exec complaints make no difference as about as useless as the rest of them, ive been waiting 3 months on a reward card for broadband and 2 months for a mobile reward card.
