Like many other new SIMM ONLY BT mobile customers I have seen commenting on this site I have yet to receive my Amazon vouchers since I ordered my SIMM card in July - far in excess of the 45 days. It now 3 months later. When will I get my vouchers or is this another mis selling? Can I cancel my subscription before end of 12 months contract s BT has not honoured their pet of the contract?

@Stplm01 I'm really sorry about the delay.  If you've claimed your reward card already I'd recommend that you get in touch with the voucher team on this link and they'll be able to help you get this sorted.
