I have had no response from BT since an automated reply on 10 Sep on the damage issue.
I am going to use this as a draft for my neighbour to complain and for a follow up. BT makes it nigh on impossible to track your complaints or follow up , especially if you raise more than one complaint at a time, so ,
Have given up on the Broadband issue. It has improved in that we can now watch catch up TV and someone can be online...... most of the time ..........but the line is stretched across the street , it cant provide a good modern service and speaking on the phone is reminiscent of decades gone by..... sigh...... 11 months to go and bye bye BT !
