BT Personalised offers

Is it a known issue that the personalised offers page isnt working? I rang last week to try to upgrade to infinity following finally getting a phone line installed only to find that i couldnt get onto the personalised offers page anymore.

 

Have checked again today and still not able to access this, was told last week that a specific team would ring me back in relation to this but still not received a call over a week on from this.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

try phoning the options team 0800800030 and see what you are offered  you do not have to accept

Thank you both, have spoken with them last week and could not offer anything as they couldnt get access to anything hence the call back to try and get me access to was was being shown on my personalised offers.

Just tried that link and whilst it goes through it comes up saying there are no personalised offers on my account, not sure now if thats genuinley no offers on my account or a technical error on BT's part

It's flaky you just need to keep trying - happened to me earlier saying no offers but it is now displayed. Is a bit hit and miss but it does work for my offer.

Try  0800 022 3083   is a sales number that appeared on my letter about upgrading , in my case the special offer.  They could see the offer .  Hope this helps.

Don't expect any call back , my personal experience is a 90% fail rate.

We will be happy to help you get your records correct so that you have offers available for you. Send us your details by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

PS Please include your full address as listed on Royal Mail (as this maybe the cause) on the form.
