I got charged £1.75 for "free add on" ever since I renewed my BT broadband . When I contacted customer services, all was told was "it's a technical error in billing system". When asked why customers were not informed by email, I was told BT don't do that. Am I the only customer to have been affected?
BT easily sends out millions of marketing emails and advisory SMS messages to its customers. They could easily have informed customers of a known issue, or posted a message on their web site. Instead they just kept quiet
