@spluff I'm sorry this is taking longer that we would like to resolve. @RobbieMac is not in the office today but I see that he has a reminder set to give you a call tomorrow with an update.

Cheers @NeilO - its still not working - I just tested...

Also my speed is really bothering me - I am only get 25meg and according to my welcome email and the bt website I should be getting around 40

When I did speedtest on my router it automatically but a helpdesk into the system but nothing happened and it was closed.

Can you please look at my speed.

Guys this is still ongoing - I still cannot access my bills. This has been going on for months and I think it is a basic requirement for a customer to be able to view there bills.

@RobbieMac or whoever

Can you please escalate this to a very senior level as this is a complete joke and nothing is happening!!!

So what is actually happening? Its been many months since this has been happening?

I cannot view my bills so I have no idea what I am paying or owed.

Can this be escalated to someone senior - I am so close to escalating this to someone higher myself - citizens advice & OFCOM

@RobbieMac has been case managing this from what I can see an issue has been identified after a lot of chasing from Robbie.

 

He's liaising with BT.com so it's with the correct team to get something resolved, Robbie would be the best person to explain that to you however he's in tomorrow I will email him and get him to contact you so he can better explain and escalate if needed.

I have not had an update on this for over 1 month after speaking to Colin Cleary on the 9th Feb.

I am also still getting charged for paper bill which I was told will be stopped.

Can you please get Robbie or Colin to give me a call to discuss what is going on.
