BT Renewal Mess-up

Hello, about a month ago I had cancelled my BT contract as it was coming to end, and the service request to end the broadband was placed on the 1st October, now I had changed my mind and decided to renew my contract which I did through a live agent on the BT live chat on the 25th, it's the 30th now and I have not received any email confirmation regarding this, I contacted BT and they don't know, I don't understand what happened here.

I'm sorry for any confusion with your renewal. Your best bet would be to contact the renewals team directly who should be able to get you a better deal. You can contact them on 0800 800 030.
