BT - Returns
Hi,
I have been told to return my BT Equipment so posted it back using the provided BT Returns packaging that is provided.
I got notified by Royal Mail the package has been delivered on the 25th June. It has been a few weeks now and the status of the the ruturn is still "Awaiting Return"
I have recived 2 notifications since then of BT Reminding me.
Just wondering how long do returns usually take? I am not keen on getting the £115 charge even if it is only temperarily.

BT haven't got their act together, took sometime and intervention by Community to clear the return made some time ago.

It is taking three to four weeks after the equipment has been received by BT for them to update your account.
If you have Proof of Postage you can call BT 0800.800.150 and they will update your account at that time.
