We commenced our contract with BT on December 12th.
I have called you on several occasions to establish where our Amazon Alexa is.
I was advised that i had to wait for 30 days but this has now expired.
Every time i call i get an email telling me that BT will update me shortly...
Another phone call today but no follow up email.
Please can someone advise me when we will get our BT Reward.

@Cookinglou1949 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about the delay with your Amazon Echo may I ask on what date was your order placed and was this done on BT.com or over the phone?
I was never given an order number just an incident reference number of ********* from the BT Vouchers team on 31/1/2019.
This reference number was given to me over the phone and confirmed by email.
I contacted the BT Shop on January 4th by email and i spoke to the Voucher Team and she told told me that once we had been with BT for 30 days the Amazon Echo/Alexa would be automatically delivered.
I was told this morning that someone will contact me in 5 days but no follow up email.

I've been checking this for you. A request has been sent to our offline Gift team to investigate. They can take up to 10 days to fully investigate and email you to confirm dispatch.
