Hi there - like some other users in this forum, I seem to be having issues claiming the reward card through the system - my services went live on 5th December (my original order date was 9th November) so I have waited the recommended time and keep checking back to the https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/ link but no luck. Could someone help please? Thank you!
