Not having a good morning so far myself. I have a BT Reward Card which I now find out has expired. Here's my issue, it was supplied to me in late Janurary 2019 but has an expiry of November 2019 meaning I did not have 12 Months to use the card (as per the card terms), I can only presume this is because of the date the original 12 Month card was supposed to be sent out. I have no lost the remaining balance of the card.
I could understand if it expired end of Jan and I only had a few days left, but it expired in November despite not arriving until Jan 2019.
I guess I will need to speak to a Moderator to see what they can do?

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry the card expired before you had the chance to use it. I'm not sure if there's much we can do about this but you make a valid point about the 12 month period. How much was left on the card?
As an estimate £50-£60 I assumed it would have a reasonable expiry date on it, based on when it was sent out. To say I’m disappointed would be polite. 😔😔
That’s the 1st thing I did. I rang them as I was confused as to why I couldn’t access my online account with them, to be informed the card has expired, when I questioned the expiry date I was informed to contact BT. Would you suggest I email them?

I would agree as to that assumption. Sadly it would have helped if someone had told me I had less time to use it.
Granted I should have spotted it myself, but I sadly didn't.
