I doubt that there is much that can be done, however
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Hi @MDW9 Thanks for sending over your details. I've emailed the promotions team about your Reward Card. They normally take 2-3 working days to get back to us and I'll be in touch to update you as soon as I hear back from them.
Hi @MDW9 the promotions team have got back to me and they have arranged for a replacement card for you. This will be with you within the next 21 days.
Post back and let me know you receive the card ok or if not just let me know after the 21 days have passed and I will chase again for you.
