I had ordered new broadband in Jan'20 which got activated on 5th Feb.While ordering the broadband there was a £70 BT reward card associated with it.
It is not showing on the website from where it is to be claimed.
Also, I had reached out to BT through email and my mail was forwarded further to 3rd party which managed reward card
Request you to please look into this at the earliest.
