BT Reward Card - not yet recieved

Hi,

I was set-up on May 8th and was told the Reward Card was on the way on May 9th after I applied.  June 19th, after no sign, I emailed and they apologised, said it had not been sent, and promised to re-send (30 working days)

Today is 31st July, and still no sign.  We really hoped to get this card soon, as it was the maon reson for going with BT.  BT have since risen the price by £2.50 a month - onlt 2 months into the contract - and, I have to say, I', quite dis-appointed with the customer service.

Can anybody help please?  I read on another post that a MOD had helped a few people, but I can't see howe to message one directly...

Thanks for getting back so quick.

I filled the on-line form in with the incident number from the email too.

This is the reference number.

Hi @benjamin74 Thanks for sending over your details. I've emailed the promotions team to check on your reward card. They normally get back to us in 2-3 working days and I'll drop back and update you once I have an update from them.

Exactly the same situation for me, set up and activated on 12th May, received diaptch email on 22/5/18 card didnt arrive, same again on 26/6/18. received an email today stating system error and it hasnt been dispacthed again. I now have another 30 day wait

Hi,

Yes, furstrating.  And with me, they've put the price up after 1 month, so now paying 35.99 just for internet, and the new offer advertised is 35.99 with BT TV basic, and free BT Sport - seems like a slap in the face really.

My package price was £31.99, with discount, but i am continually charged full price £41.99. Absolute joke that they just reel off the same old responses everytime. Seems as though they want to get as much money from you as possibel before send the card if we ever receive them?

Hi @benjamin74 The promotions team have got back to me and apologised that you did not get your card.

They have manually ordered it now for you and it will be with you within the next 30 days. Please check back with us to confirm that you receive it ok and if not received within the 30 days let me know and I'll check back with them again.
