BT Reward Card

Hi All

I took out a Sim only contract in February this year, and on the 05.04.18, claimed my BT Reward card, and was informed via email, it will arrive in the next 30 days. I requested another update, and have been told today, it will take another 30 days!

Am I the only one, having problems claiming my BT Reward Card?

How can this be resolved?

@Sassy I'm really sorry about the delay, it sounds like you reward card has had to be reordered. If this is the case regrettably the 30 days delivery timescale starts again.
