I have bought a broadband package which comes with a BT Reward Card, which has been installed activated yesterday. According to the emails and reward card page I should be able to claim it once my broadband has been activated. However, when I go to the rewards page I am presented with the message "There are no rewards waiting to be claimed."
Any idea what I need to do to be able to claim the BT Reward Card?

Sorry for the confusion here. You need to wait until after your cooling off period before you're able to claim for the reward card. It's 14 days after your service is activated.
As your broadband was activated on Tuesday, you should be able to raise the claim for your reward card at the start of December. Any problems, post back and we will give you a hand from here.
