I have a BT reward card waiting to be claimed, however due to complications transferring services to BT the claim is under a different email address BT ID 🙄 my order is being processed and the reward card waiting to be claimed

@dannybegood1975, Hi Daniel. If you've set up a new BT ID with the correct BT account details there shouldn't be a problem claiming your reward card, I noticed you said your order is being processed has it been connected yet? You can't claim the reward card until after you've been connected and the order shows as complete.
