I signed up for BT in April and it went live on 25th April. I registered for my Reward Card on the 26th April. When I log in to the Rewards page, it tells me it was dispatched on the 3rd of May, however, as you can probably guess, I haven't received it yet. I've sent a couple of queries via the dedicated Rewards page, but I've not received any replies despite receiving a confirmation e-mail advising I'd be contacted within 24hrs.
Please can someone look in to this for me, thanks.

They have apologised for the delay in receiving your reward card as they are experiencing some delays with delivery. They have confirmed it has been processed and would expect that you will receive it within the next 14 days.
