BT Reward Card

Good morning we are after some help. We added a Mobile Sim onto our account 25th Nov and took this out online with the reward card deal. I questioned this online and was told that we needed to wait 30 days before claiming this. The reward card is still not showing to be claimed just the old one that was taken when we took out the braodband deal. Can you please help?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
