I purchased BT broadband at the end of November and it was activated within a few days. I was supposed to get a £100 BT reward card and £40 M&S voucher but whenever I try to claim the reward card via the link on a email it tells me no rewards available on my account. Any help much appreciated.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
