BT Reward Card

Hello,

I ordered a new bt service (i am a new customer) on the 6th of January (06.01.20)  and I believe that I should have received a bt reward card. 

 

But when I go to https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/ and log in and try to claim my reward there is nothing there. My service was activated on the 21st of September.

How else can I claim my reward?

When did you place your order online, as the dates you give, do not make sense?

Apologies for the error. 

I placed my order on the 6th of January

My service was activated on the 21st of January

No problem.

These were the promotions for online order during those dates.

From 03.01.20 until 09.01.20 new to BT customers are eligible for a £40 Reward Card when ordering a Broadband Unlimited Package, £70 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre Package, £80 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited, and a £100 Reward Card when ordering an Ultrafast Fibre 100 or 250 Package. Existing BT Broadband customers upgrading their BT broadband or those adding just BT TV are excluded.

You need to wait 14 days after your service was activated, before you can claim your reward.

When did you last try to claim?

If it was today, then try again in a couple of days, as the promotions team may be busy.

I tried to claim yesterday and today. I will try again in a few days.

If you still cannot claim by the middle of next week, then please post back here, and it can be escalated.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thanks for taking the time to send in your account information.

I have raised a request to your Rewards Card team to follow up on your card. It can take the Rewards Card team 5 working days to pick up cases but I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
