I signed my Parents up to BT (Fibre and TV) and the package had an £80 BT Reward card and also a £40 M+S voucher.
Neither of these show up when I go to the BT Rewards Claim site. The package they chose was up and running on the 12th Feb 2020.
I took a screenshot of the offer when I placed the order for them.
I did message BT on the 25th Feb but they have not replied.
Are they better off ringing BT directly or can anyone on here assist ?

I have put the claim in for the M+S voucher on that link, so thanks for that.
As for the £80 reward card I have received a call from BT in response to the message I sent previously, so they are looking in to it for me.
