BT Reward Card

Good evening,

When I signed up for BT I was told I would get a BT Reward Card. My service went live 31 March and I still can't see the Reward Card on the website. Is there a way I have to manually claim the card for it to show up here?

Did you apply online, as only online orders qualify?

Did you apply directly on bt.com, or via a third party comparison site?

It was via uSwitch who advertised the reward card as did BT.

I did wonder, as these seem to cause a lot of issues and can take a long time to resolve.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.


Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.
