BT Reward Card

Hi

I switched to BT Fibre 1 with the £70 Reward Card Offer, but I am unable to claim my reward card as the page where you claim still says there are no rewards waiting to be claimed.

The order was placed on 21 /07/2020 and was installed/activated on 11/08/2020.  

Does anyone know how I can claim the reward card?
