I purchased BT Fibre 2 Broadband in July and it is now active. However when I go to my rewards to claim the £110 credit reward it still isn't showing?

Hi @Kaspar1 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry you are unable to claim your reward card. Would you let me know what date you placed your order and has your broadband been active for 14 days at least now?

Hi @JohnC2 , thanks for the speedy reply.
The order was placed on the 29th July, and the broadband has been active since the 14th August, (so just over a month now.)
