I signed up to BT and there was a reward for £110 BT reward card 04/09 .
when I go to apply it says no rewards on the account .
I have spoken to one advisor on chat who has said it is sorted and will be on its way to me and another after chasing it up to say I’m not entitled to one .
I signed up online and the voucher was the reason for taking the deal I went the Uswitch website but applied directly on BT
