BT Reward Card

Good Evening. I'm a new customer. I ordered Fibre 2 Package on 04/10, at which time there was the offer for the £120 Reward card. Service was activated on 19/10. I've waited 2 weeks for the 'cooling off' period, even paid my first bill. Now when I go to 'My Rewards' section in my profile, it says 'There are no rewards waiting to be claimed' ! Nothing in reward history either.

How do I get my reward card ? Can someone help me out ?

Hi @anoniop, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry your reward card isn't available to be claimed, I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be happy to help but it will take us longer than normal to reply as we're really busy at the moment.
