Monday 8/12/25 after 3 phone calls
I am still waiting for mine, services activated 26th Sept.
Claimed reward 10th Oct.
Was told gad to be done manually which apparently was done on the 14th Nov.
Pure card all the way through said not received any info
Contacted bt again to be told it's 35 days from the 14th.
Getting fed up now regarding it.

Hi,
I purchased a new BT Broadband package and a £145 reward card was offered installed on 24/10/2025. I was claimed after the 14-day cool-off period and had received an email confirming the reward was claimed and I would receive it soon. I emailed Purecard as they are providing the card on 14/12/2025. The team told me no data has been sent to them by BT, so they can't send the reward out and asked me to contact BT.
It's been over 45 days since the installation. 2 bills were paid, but I still have no Reward card.
