My BT internet was activated and installed on the 12/03/20, my order was placed on on BT.com, 20/02/2020 and my rewards should have become visible on the claim my rewards, as I was told by BT online chat that there are14
days cooling period, However I can't still see any reward.
I am expecting a £70 BT mastercard and £40 M&S voucher.
Spoken to people online and on the phone, with not real help.
Could you help please?
